REGISTRATION POLICY
* All registration refundable before 7 August, 2023 with $25* charged as admin fee. If you are not using PayPal as payment method, an additional 3% processing fee will be charged. NO REFUND after this date, but credits can be carried forward to Tango 8 Fest & Marathon 2024
* Couple Passes must be one leader and one follower signing up for the same workshops. The passes are non-transferrable.
* Respect for Maestros, please arrived at reception 15 minutes before workshops. Late comers will be refused from joining the class. No refund in case of late arrival.
* Organizer will try to maintain gender balance for workshops but it's not guaranteed. Please register with one if it is important for you. No refund will be issued for not having a partner.
* Should you decide to switch to a different Workshop, please notify organizer 5 days in advance, change at door is allowed but will result in $5 administration fee and you will not be allowed to take a partner when there is gender imbalance.
* Festival Passes are transferable but please inform the organiser by email ONE WEEK before the event. A small administration fee of $5 will be charge for any change.
